What Arya reads
With your permission through WHOOP's sign-in, Arya reads your recovery, sleep, cycle (strain), workout, profile and body measurement data. It cannot change anything in your WHOOP account.
Where it lives
Everything stays on your iPhone. WHOOP sign-in tokens are kept in the iOS Keychain. Scores and your settings are stored on the device and in a shared container so Arya's widgets and Live Activity can show them. Arya runs no servers, so we never receive, store or see your data.
Sharing
None. Arya has no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs. Arya only talks to WHOOP's API.
Notifications
If you turn on the morning briefing, iOS schedules it on your device. Nothing is sent through a push server.
Deleting your data
In Arya, open Baseline and tap Disconnect to remove your WHOOP tokens. Deleting the app removes everything else. You can also revoke Arya's access in your WHOOP account settings at any time.
