Open Baseline and tap Connect WHOOP, then sign in and allow access. Pull down on Today to sync.

Tap Start my day on Today. If nothing appears, turn on Live Activities for Arya in Settings.

Touch and hold the Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and choose Arya.
